We wanted to officially congratulate Eli who won Book Monsters Sticker Design competition, run by Laois Libraries. What a massive achievement Eli, well done! Eli and his class have also been busy taking part in STEAMSTARS with Seanie Morris and recently got to go on their school tour to Lets Go Camp in Waterford.

A massive thank you to Isabelle and Tanguy who invited 6th class to their home today. 6th class were really interested in their methods of organic and natural planting and growing and loved every second of their visit (including the treats provided by Isabelle!).

Commiserations to the girls from 4th, 5th and 6th class and their trainers, Ms. Robinson and Ms. Walsh who lost out to a strong Paddock team in yesterday’s final. The girls played adamantly but Paddock were just too strong on the day. We are very proud of you girls and your commitment this year.

Swimming in 2nd and 3rd!
2nd and 3rd class enjoyed a lovely trip to Supermacs as a treat for completing 6 weeks of swimming lessons. Thank you to our Parents Council for organising.
LSPCA Visit

Science Workshop in the Junior Classes
Last week, the junior classes enjoyed a fun science workshop. They experimented with magnetic materials, made electrical circuits and learned about static electricity. Thanks to Midlands Science for visiting!
