Child Safeguarding Statement and Risk Assessment

On the 5th of November, 2nd and 3rd classes participated in a Gaeilic Football blitz in the Centre of Excellence in Portlaoise. The children enjoyed putting all the skills they have learned into practice and they showed wonderful teamwork and sportsmanship. Well done 2nd and 3rd class!

Senior Infants really enjoyed their school tour and sports day this year!

There was great excitement yesterday as the children were able to celebrate Down Syndrome’s Ireland Ice Cream Funday with funds raised for Down Syndrome Ireland.

A massive thank you to Pat who came in to teach the children in school about orienteering. A special thank you to 4th and 5th class who helped out with Junior Sports Day, everything went so smoothly and the younger classes had a great day, all because of you!

5th and 6th classes had a fantastic trip to Emerald Park today. Thank you to all who made this such an enjoyable and memorable day. We are so happy you enjoyed your school tour!

A huge thank you to everyone that supported the 6th Class Bake Sale. We raised an amazing €870.70 and this will go towards hall hire and coaching for gymnastics next year. Your support is very much appreciated.

2nd class absolutely loved their slime session with Brayden’s Mammy this week. Thank you so much Ruth for coming in! We had so much fun!
